“I was excited, and challenged, to learn that if I made chocolate from the bean, I’d be one of the only people in the country doing so. If I also sourced and imported the beans directly myself, so that my customers and I would know precisely where our chocolate came from, I’d be among the first to apply that common-sense principle to chocolate-making. If I were to treat cocoa farmers like business partners—with fairness, dignity, and respect, while making sure they receive their fair share of the income—I’d be one of the only people doing that, too.”

Peppermint Dark Chocolate Bar

This Peppermint Dark Chocolate Bar is a blend of luscious flavors. The Chocolate is handcrafted by Askinosie using 58% dark chocolate. Cocoa beans are sourced directly from farmers in Mababu, Tanzania.
They blend in crisp peppermint for a minty-fresh kick and a touch of cardamom for a warming finish. It’s a refreshing twist on a classic flavor combination.

Davao White Chocolate Bar
The Davao White Chocolate Bar has a rich, creamy light chocolate flavor. It originates from Davao, Philippines beans, which are pressed in the Askinosie shop in local Springfield, MO. They then integrate this single origin cocoa butter with certified organic cane sugar and goat’s milk powder to create a real, bean-to-bar white chocolate.
Tasting notes: Earthy with notes of vanilla and a clean, caramel finish. Velvet, buttery sweetness, and hints of cardamom. Silky and full-bodied.
Tanzania Dark Chocolate Bar
The 72% Tanzania Dark Chocolate Bar has a slightly higher cocoa content than 70% San Jose Del Tambo Chocolate Bar and has a smooth, rich chocolate flavor. The cocoa originates from small farms in Tenende, Tanzania.
This fruity chocolate is Certified Kosher D.E., vegan, and gluten free.

Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate Bar
This Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate Bar is a blend of luscious flavors. In fact, there may not be two ingredients more suited for each other. The chocolate is handcrafted by Askinosie using 60% dark chocolate. Cocoa beans are sourced directly from farmers in Mababu, Tanzania.
The peanut butter blends in perfectly with the velvety chocolate to create a party with your palate.

This is the first “milk-chocolate” bar from Askinosie made without dairy. The Coconut Milk Chocolate Bar is Vegan & Dairy-Free, made of 52% milk chocolate (32% cocoa liquor and 20% cocoa butter, pressed at Askinosie) with cocoa beans sourced from farmers in Del Tambo, Ecuador.
