AIP Sweet & Savory Breakfast Sausage Recipe

Breakfast Sausage

Here’s a handy recipe for breakfast sausage courtesy of Kaylie Watson of Nourished Wellness. Kaylie recommends making a big batch and storing some in the fridge for a week’s worth of breakfasts. You can also put several in a freezer bag and store in the freezer for a quick and easy, heat and eat breakfast sausage patty.
