“Meatloaf is a recognizable and simple dish that freezes well, perfect for busy weeknights or batch cooking. This twist is an AIP-style meatloaf that calls for grass-fed ground lamb, homemade lamb marrow bone broth, and cauliflower flour to make it extra special and, of course, AIP-friendly. Bon Appetit!” – Ann McNeel, USWM January 2024 Featured Chef
