20-15-10 Weight Training For Excellent Body Fat Loss and High Energy

We need a weight training program that will burn fat, improve strength for our daily tasks and that is fast paced to keep us engaged while training in our home gym.  We are bored with what we have been doing for years, but we do not know the best course of action to take from here.  We also need help with a nutrition plan to burn body fat that would work well to give us the energy needed to train very well.
